Chalk Farm House Bed and Breakfast is a spacious two bedroomed Georgian house in the quaint North Norfolk village of Wighton just four minutes drive from the sea and the coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea.

After managing lodges in Africa, a beautiful hotel in an Andalucian village in Spain and running the renowned Victoria at Holkham, we opened our own small bed and breakfast.

Our aim is to simply offer value for money and make our guests comfortable and welcome. We have two spacious rooms, both have King size beds, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, hairdryer and toiletries.

We do not have set check-in times and offer cooked to order breakfasts at a time that suits you.

We are the perfect base for exploring Norfolk and our village pub is a minute away (bookings recommended)

We still have free dates for the Thursford Spectacular Christmas Show 2018 (5 miles from the show)

Winter Specials from November 2018 - February 2019 - Stay 3 nights for the price of 2 or 4 nights for the price of 3 mid week

Ian and Lisa provided us with a wonderful 3 day stay. Their tips about what to see ,do, and where to eat made our trip to north Norfolk one we shall remember. I so enjoyed our breakfast and conversations with Ian. Our room was light filled and super comfy with all amenities one should need. The bathroom with its roll top bath was indulgence time with lovely toiletries provided. The tea and coffee tray with plenty of milk and a nighttime chocolate biscuit was appreciated and the whole band b was a happy experience ray and meg touring uk 22-25June 2018

Just come back home after a 2 night stay at Chalk Farm House. If you want to visit Wells and the surrounding area I would definitely recommend staying here. Ian and Lisa are very friendly and as the other reviewers have said Ian cooks a lovely plentiful breakfast. We stayed in the room with the Victorian bath which was lovely. Fresh bed linen, comfy bed and very spacious bathroom. We are most certainly going back later this year.
